Sometime between Thursday April 20th at 7 PM and 7 AM on Friday April 21st, unknown suspect or suspects broke into a shed at the rear of a restaurant in the 5400 block of Argyle St.
The suspect or suspects appear to have gained entry onto the property by cutting a hole in the rear fence. The suspect or suspects also forced open two locked gates, one at the rear of the property and the other on the alley side of the building. The suspect or suspects broke into a shed at the rear of the property where they stole a small but heavy generator. In order to access the generator, the suspects had to remove a 4 X 4 support post that had been encased in cement.
