Crime Stoppers needs your help in solving the following crime:

On February 5th at approximately 10:10 am, a local resident was the victim of a hit and run crash.

A black Chrysler Aspen SUV was travelling westbound on Johnston Rd between Leslie St and Helen St. It was in the inside lane or fast lane and a white 4 door sedan was travelling along side of it in the curb or slow lane. As the two vehicles travelled along Johnston Rd, the white sedan suddenly moved into the fast lane and side swiped the black SUV. The white sedan then moved back into the slow lane and turned right onto Helen St. Immediately following the collision, the black SUV pulled over to the side of the road and waited for the driver of the white sedan to do the same however she never did. A few minutes later the suspect vehicle was seen back on Johnston Rd turning left onto Gertrude St.

Witnesses at the scene describe the suspect vehicle as being a small, newer model white 4 door sedan being driven by an older Caucasian woman, possibly 70 years of age or older, with white puffy hair. The suspect vehicle sustained damages to its driver’s side likely towards the front of the car as well as the driver’s side mirror. The suspect vehicle also likely has some black paint which was transferred or rubbed onto it when the two vehicles collided.
