Crime Stoppers needs your help in solving the following crime:

In the early afternoon of Sunday December 16th, the unknown man walked out of Walk the Coast store shoplifting a pair of shoes in the process.
The suspect entered the store and was browsing throughout the store. The suspect positioned himself in an area that was unoccupied and selected a pair of women’s shoes. The man then removed all tags including the security tags and placed the shoes in a bag. The man then walked towards the door with the bag in hand and addressed the staff as he exited the store.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian man, approximately 5’11”, described as scruffy with some facial hair, wearing a toque and he wore gloves while in the store.
It is believed that the same suspect had entered Marks Warehouse on the same afternoon. The suspect selected a pair of boots and tied them around his waist while he continued to browse the store. As the man left the store without paying for the boots, he was confronted and claimed to have forgotten about the boots and returned them to the store.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian man, approximately 35 years old, wearing a red puffy jacket and black rain pants. He was observed riding his mountain bike westbound from the store.
